Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes, an American actor who is most well known for playing the role of detective Stella Bonasera in the CBS detective procedural drama CSI: NY Dr. Sydney Hansen on the NBC drama series Providence as well as the role of Dr. Lane Hunter on the medical drama series The Resident. Her breakthrough role as Eleni andros Cooper in the CBS soap series Guiding Light was also praised. A few of her most memorable films are 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians: The Lightning Thief and Snitch. The Wheel of Life, written by Elisabeth Kubler Ross and adapted to a movie with Vlas Parlapanides (the duo who came up with the Immortals) is said to be in development. In addition, she is filming the upcoming show Gods & Heroes.
